Deposit Checks Anytime, Anywhere with Mobile Deposit in the CU1 App.
Skip the branch and deposit checks on your schedule with Mobile Deposit in the CU1 App. It’s simple, convenient, and available 24/7.
1. Select “Deposit Check” in the CU1 app.
2. Enter the amount and select your account.
3. Take a picture of the check.
4. Click Submit Deposit, and you are done!
This feature allows members to use their mobile device's camera to capture check images and deposit funds using the CU1 Mobile App.
It's easy! Once you open the CU1 Mobile App, select "Make a Deposit." It will ask you for an amount and let you choose the account you want to deposit the check into. After that, take a picture using your phone's camera and click submit.
Mobile Deposit works on smartphones and tablets. You must use the CU1 Mobile App—it won't work on a mobile browser.
One check can be captured per deposit.
Upon submission, items will display immediately in the Deposited Checks tab on the Activity Center page as either Submitted (item we've received), Accepted (confirmed for processing), or Rejected (denied for processing).
