I came into the Lombard branch for help and Charon Curry was absolutely great and assisting me she was knowledgeable about all the information I needed and very pleasant to speak with.

My experience with Charon was timely she communicated with me with clarity. My experience was excellent.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my husband. We came into the branch to add to his existing account but to our surprise found out that two accounts had been closed without notification. I have been a member of Credit Union 1 for many. I always have a great experience. The customer service of Patrice A. at the Lombard branch is above and beyond. She always provides me information on the Credit Union services and makes recommendations of how they can benefit me. This location is highly recommended.
