Forgot your Password? Follow the simple steps below to get started.
Important note: You need your Login ID to reset your Password.

For members using the CU1 Mobile App, tap Forgot Your Password below “Remember me.”

Enter Your Login ID.

Choose how to receive a Secure Access Code. It will be sent either to your email address or phone number on file with Credit Union 1.

Enter the Secure Access Code.

Change your password. Make sure it fits our password requirements and is different from your previous passwords.
